Acceptance of terms
By signing up for Spur, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of service
Spur monitors publicly available golf tee time information and sends alerts to registered users when deals meeting our criteria are identified. Alerts may be delivered via email and, with explicit user consent, via SMS text message.
Spur does not book tee times on your behalf and is not affiliated with any golf course or booking platform. All bookings are made directly through third-party services.
Email notifications
By providing your email address during signup, you agree to receive deal alert emails from Spur. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
SMS notifications (optional)
SMS alerts are optional and are only sent to users who explicitly opt in by providing their phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox during signup.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use Spur, and users may sign up using email only.

No guarantees
Spur provides deal alerts on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or pricing of any tee time. Tee time availability can change at any moment. Spur is not responsible for any booking decisions made based on our alerts.
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information during signup.
- Not share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Use Spur for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Limitation of liability
Spur is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Spur or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
