Spur (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a golf tee time alert service that notifies users via email and optional SMS when a deal worth booking becomes available. Our service is accessible at spurapp.co.

When you sign up for Spur alerts, we may collect:

• Send you email and (if you opt in) SMS alerts about tee time deals matching your preferences

SMS messaging

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in via a consent checkbox during signup, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Spur.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use Spur. Users may sign up and receive alerts via email only.

• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• To re-subscribe: Reply START to re-enable alerts after opting out.

Opt-out requests are processed immediately and your number will not receive further messages. Opt-out status is stored in our system and honored on all future sends.

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
